[currently] Watching

With Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, and regular cable, there’s so much TV to watch and it’s sometimes hard to weed through and find the good shows. Gavin and I started watching a new show on Netflix, and we’re completely hooked.

Mindhunter currently has 10 episodes fully ready for streaming on Netflix. It stars Jonathan Groff (#Groffsauce) and Holt McCallany as agents in the FBI’s Behavioral Science Unit in the late 1970s.

They travel across the country and back to Quantico to get inside the minds of some of the most notorious serial killers (yes, the serial killers are based on the real people).

It’s produced by David Fincher and Charlize Theron (so you know it will look stylistically beautiful), and some of its episodes are written by Joe Penhall (the author of the book on which the show is based) and Jennifer Haley (playwright extraordinaire).

If you’re interested in the slightest in psychology, true crime, or the development of the FBI’s behavioral science unit, watch this show. It’s so, so good.
