I don’t know if I’ve been browsing the web with a hungry stomach lately or if there’s been a rise in the amount of amazing recipes in my Twitter feed, but whatever it is, I’m loving what I’m seeing:

bit lot healthier lately, so this simple and oven/stove-free recipe is perfect for light summer eating.
Not going to lie, this low-carb recipe is making me feel reaaaal hungry right now. There are only 5 necessary ingredients (1 optional!), so it’s also low-stress. The next time I’m in the mood for a cheese and tomato-y heaven rolled into one twist on a classic Italian dish, I’m cooking this.
