I know this might sound like ridiculous advice, but it’s very simple to forget to stay hydrated. I feel like I have constant dry mouth if I don’t have a water bottle at my side – and it’s a great reminder that I should be drinking more water anyways.
Here are my 4 easy ways you can drink more water:1. Determine Your Goal :: Will you drink 50 ounces per day, or maybe 70? If you’re not sure where to set your goal, try this website. After you enter in your weight, activity level, and weather environment, your target fluid intake will be generated.
2. Track Your Progress :: Once you have your target fluid intake goal, it’s time to invest in a large bottle that can hold that daily amount. It’s perfect for tracking how much you drink throughout the day and how far you have left to go.
3. Invest In A Bottle :: Now it’s time for you to actually start drinking! Investing in a great tumbler and bottle will help you feel excited about drinking more water. I have two tumblers that are glued to my side whenever I’m at home and several great bottles that I use on-the-go.

4. Use An App :: So maybe you’ve started but you’re having a difficult time keeping track of how much water you’re drinking. That’s ok – there’s an app for that! Try WaterMinder or Waterlogged for iPhone.
